[이천석의 사설] 대한민국은 리셋이 필요하다 – 시스템적 좌경화와 정의 실종의 나라

대한민국은 지금 위태롭다.
문명의 궤도는 고도 기술력과 문화적 자부심으로 전 세계를 압도하고 있지만, 정작 국가 시스템은 뿌리부터 기울고 있다.
세종대왕의 혜안으로 창제된 한글은 AI 시대에도 세계가 감탄할 문화적 자산이 되었고, 삼성과 현대는 글로벌 최첨단 산업의 상징이 되었다.
그러나 정치는 후진국을 방불케 하는 위선과 왜곡의 공간으로 추락했다.

이 나라는 지금 어디로 가고 있는가?

 정의보다 진영이 앞선다

이념의 편향은 사회 곳곳을 부식시키고 있다.
좌파 진영은 언제부턴가 "약자", "정의", "민주"라는 단어를 독점했고,
그 프레임에 반하는 이들은 ‘적폐’ 또는 ‘반민주’라는 낙인을 찍어 입을 닫도록 하였다.
민주주의란 의견의 다양성 속에서 발전하는 체제인데, 지금 대한민국에서 다른 목소리를 내는 순간,
그는 '몰아내야 할 대상'이 된다.

경찰은 진실의 탐정이 아니라 은폐의 설계자다

살인사건이 발생하면 경찰은 국민의 생명을 지키는 공권력으로 나서야 한다.
그러나 현실은 어떠한가?
정권과 맞닿은 사건이라면, 수사는 더디고 결과는 모호하다.
심지어 사건이 은폐되고 왜곡되는 일조차 일상이 되었다.

언론에 흘리는 '출처 불명의 해명'이 곧 수사 결과가 되고, 피해자의 억울함은 철저히 무시된다.
경찰은 어느새 권력의 파수꾼이 아니라, 불편한 진실의 무덤지기가 되어 버렸다.

 검찰과 사법부는 '법'이 아닌 '눈치'로 움직인다

검찰은 언제부턴가 정의의 칼이 아닌 정치의 검무를 추는 무대로 변질되었다.
어떤 수사는 기소조차 되지 않고, 어떤 수사는 끝없이 과잉수사로 정적을 짓밟는다.
기준은 ‘법’이 아니라 ‘대통령과의 거리’가 된다.

사법부 또한 다르지 않다.
재판은 공정한 증거와 논리로 결론을 내야 하는데, 지금의 판결은 정권의 기조에 따라 ‘기계적 정의’가 작동한다.
특히 좌파 진영에 우호적인 판결은 유독 관대하고, 보수나 우파 인사에겐 신속하고도 무거운 잣대가 적용된다.
이제 법정은 국민의 정의를 실현하는 공간이 아니라 정치 쇼의 연출장이 되었다.

 대한민국은 지금 리셋이 필요하다

국가 시스템이 기울고 있다.
좌편향 교육, 불공정 언론, 무기력한 공권력, 편향된 사법부.
이런 조건 아래에서 국민의 상식은 조롱당하고, 정의는 구석에서 썩어가고 있다.

우리는 외부의 적보다 내부의 붕괴를 더 두려워해야 한다.
대한민국은 지금 ‘리셋’이 필요하다.
거짓의 시스템을 드러내고, 정의의 기준을 되살리며, 진영 아닌 진실을 기준으로 삼아야 할 때다.

그렇지 않으면 이 나라는, 기술은 앞서도 정신은 후진국에 머무는 절름발이 국가로 전락하고 말 것이다.

The Republic of Korea stands on the edge.
Our civilization dazzles the world with cutting-edge technology and cultural pride, yet the nation’s governing system is tilting from its very foundations.
Hangeul, created through the foresight of King Sejong, has become a cultural treasure admired even in the age of artificial intelligence.
Global giants like Samsung and Hyundai symbolize Korea’s industrial prowess.
And yet, politics has degenerated into a theater of hypocrisy and distortion—more reminiscent of a developing nation than a mature democracy.

Where is this country heading?

Ideology Over Justice

Ideological bias is corroding every layer of society.
The political left has long monopolized the language of “the weak,” “justice,” and “democracy,”
while anyone who challenges that frame is branded as “corrupt” or “anti-democratic.”
Democracy thrives on the diversity of ideas, yet in today’s Korea, the moment one dares to speak differently,
he becomes a target to be silenced and expelled.

The Police—From Detectives of Truth to Architects of Concealment

When a murder occurs, the police should stand as the guardian of public safety.
But reality tells a different story.
If a case touches political power, investigations slow, and conclusions blur.
Some cases are even covered up or distorted outright.

Anonymous “official explanations” leaked to the press become the final word of an investigation,
while the victim’s injustice is ignored.
The police have ceased to be watchmen of justice and have instead become caretakers of inconvenient truths.

The Prosecution and Judiciary Now Move by “Caution,” Not by “Law”

The prosecution, once the sword of justice, now performs a political dance.
Some investigations never see indictments; others drag on endlessly to crush political opponents.
The true standard is no longer the law—it is the distance from the president.

The judiciary is no different.
Trials should rest on evidence and reason, yet verdicts now follow the current regime’s ideological tone.
Leniency is shown toward those aligned with the left,
while conservatives and right-leaning figures face swift and heavy judgment.
The courtroom, once the stage of justice for the people, has turned into a set for political theater.

Korea Needs a Reset

The state’s system is collapsing.
Left-biased education, unfair media, impotent law enforcement, and partisan justice—
under these conditions, the people’s common sense is mocked, and justice rots in the corner.

We must fear internal decay more than external threats.
Korea now needs a reset—to expose the machinery of falsehood,
to restore the standard of justice, and to rebuild truth, not faction, as the foundation of governance.

Otherwise, this nation—though advanced in technology—will remain a crippled country,
spiritually stuck in the mindset of the underdeveloped world.
